Mission
After ideation and Design Thinking, Blik developed an innovative concept aimed at creating a seamless user experience that connects providers and customers.
As a Lead Product Designer, my responsibility involved designing Blik's entire interface, addressing all user flows from the login page to the provider experience.

The login and signup processes for users and providers in app differ since they require different information. To address this, I initiated user research that involved experimenting with various UI designs to meet both our needs and those of users. Design thinking proved to be an invaluable tool, allowing me to gather data from similar apps like Uber Eats and DoorDash, which helped enhance our user interface and experience.

At Blik, we have thousands of users seeking a provider to assist them with regular tasks in their homes. To identify the pain points, we selected a specific demographic in a small area to test the app's effectiveness reach, capturing user frustrations and challenges experienced with competitor apps.
